Third year Day 162 - Saturday May 24, 2014

Today Bridgett sat down and played the piano, which she does from time to time.  She turned to me and said, aren't the top line of notes "every good boy does fine" and the bottom line of notes "good boys do fine always"?  Yes!  She remembers those little phrases to that everyone learns to remind them of the names of the notes on the staff.  This is the first time she's remembered that, and spontaneously too!  I have never reminded her of that since the wreck.  Bridgett took piano lessons from a woman here in Ferndale her senior year.  I wonder if she has any openings and would be willing to work with Bridgett again.  Of course, I use to teach piano, but it's just hard to be everything to everybody!  I have lots of responsibilites, many of which cannot be passed to someone else, so if I can find someone to help out with some things, I'm going to!
