Today is Arrianne's 20th birthday. It's been so good to have her here at home for the holidays. She and Bridgett are very close and Bridgett has definitely missed her so much. It's been great to see them spend time together, giggle, act silly, and just plain have fun. Oh, I wanted to tell you this.....I always say that Bridgett remembers the most random things, bits and pieces of her previously life. This is a good example. Mark answered the phone today, said hello and then Bridgett said this.....
remembering that over the years she's heard Mark say it....hello, put your quarter in. Whenever Mark answered the phone and he didn't hear anything on the other end he'd say that, referring of course to the fact that maybe they were at a pay phone and he was giving them time to put their quarter in. Anyway, it was so funny that she remembered that! More bits and pieces of the memory are returning all of the time! Additionally we see that her short term memory is getting better all of the time. She hears something once and often remembers it....cool!
