Day 184 - Friday June 15, 2012

Today Bridgett helped me get some bread going in the bread machine, unload the dishwasher, load the dishwasher, and fold some clothes.  She regularly uses the microwave to heat up her rice bag.  Each day she is doing more around the house.  It is good for us to see this progress, and it is good for her to get more independent.  It's also a fine line for us to balance independence with watchfulness to make sure that she doesn't fall or get hurt in any way.  Her balance is really good, so it is unlikely that she would fall unless she trips on something or whatever.  Sarcasm continued today so I'm totally sure that Bridgett will get it although sometimes it's a little in the wrong context at this point!
