Day 267 - Thursday September 6, 2012

We went and saw the new craniosacral gal today. When we actually met I knew that things would be good; you can just tell whether people are legitimate or not.  Kari was very attentive and very intuitive and she worked great with Bridgett!  She is very gentle with Bridgett and I think that is so important, especially right now.  When we got home after the appointment Bridgett felt tired and went in to take a nap.  She slept so deeply I was almost concerned.  After a couple of hours I went into the room and started making light noises to start waking her.  It took her a bit to wake up but she felt rested.  She ate dinner and then wanted to go to bed for the night.  Apparently some people react to cranio this way, by being very tired after a session.  Also sometimes people have an increase in energy or feel achy.
