Day 272 - Tuesday September 11, 2012

The really exciting news of the day....we drove past the fire hall in Ferndale and Bridgett saw the fireman standing at attention.  I said to day is 9-11; do you remember what that means?  Immediately Bridgett's eyes registered that she remembered and she said wasn't that when those terrorists came to New York and broke down the twin Eiffel towers?  Not the Eiffel towers I said but the......and she said the twin towers.  We both were so excited and clapped our hands that she remembered.  Of course immediately she sobered (as did I) thinking about the many lives lost.  It was a terrible day in our history.  Later on she called Arri to tell her that she remembered and Arri asked her how they broke down the towers and Bridgett said they flew those...(pause to remember what they are called)....planes into the towers.  Again she sobered remembering the great loss of life.  Today we had a cranio sacral appointment with Kari that went really well.  She said quite a bit of trauma was released from Bridgett's skull.  She also worked inside Bridgett's mouth continuing with her light touch.  She worked ever so gently on the palatine bone which was really frozen up.  All of these areas have a huge affect not only on the brain but also on the neck and eyes.  Cranio sacral really is an interesting modality.
