Third year Day 100 - Sunday March 23, 2014

Just so you know, we sometimes do things that people would wonder about and call strange.  But, if you were in the same or similar situation, would might do these things as well.  Months ago Faith told me that she and a colleague of hers often work on each other by Skype.  She said, I know it sounds weird and she even thought to herself--how can this work.  But, she said it does work and she told me that if we had to she could work on Bridgett by Skype.  I texted her yesterday and told her about Bridgett's pain and so today she called and said that she could Skype work on Bridgett.  It was definitely strange so have Bridgett lay down and prepare for a session and then Skype in Faith.  Bridgett herself said, mom, how can this work?  I said, we don't know, but since you have so much pain we might as well try!  And, unbelievably, it worked!  Just minutes after Faith started "working" on her, Bridgett had relief from the pain!  Crazy!  She had me position the ipad in different areas, so that she could see the places she was concentrating on.  Bridgett always gets pretty immediate relief when Faith works on her, and it was the same today!  We schedule to Skype again on Tuesday, and update her on the pain.  I plan to have Bridgett go ahead and have the CT tomorrow, just to see for sure what is happening; Faith agrees about this.  It was good to break the pain killer cycle for the rest of the day today.  Bridgett did not have to have any Lortab today at all after Faith worked on her.
