Third year Day 98 - Friday March 21, 2014

Another day of pain.  We went to Michelle Helwig's this morning for a third and final Tordol shot.  Bridgett's pain is definitely not getting any better, and sometimes it seems worse again.  Michelle said today that she thought we should at this point schedule a CT scan of the kidneys.  I'm glad that is her opinion, because it is also my opinion.  I think that its time to see exactly what is happening with the kidneys. Aside from this bout of pain and this stone, Bridgett has regular pain in the kidneys.  It has been probably close to 18 months since she last had a CT of the kidneys.  Michelle was able to schedule the scan for Monday morning at 8:45.  She said that if, over the weekend, things improve enough that we don't think its necessary, we can call to cancel the appointment early Monday morning.  I feel a little better about having a plan anyway.  Also, Michelle did another urine test and said that the infection is indeed clearing up and things should be fine that way.
