Third year Day 83 - Thursday March 6, 2014

Bridgett always did like battle wound scars--and now she'll have another one to talk about!  When we took off the dressing today, she had me take a picture to send to Jenn and Arrianne so that they could see how it looked.  She's funny!  Every time we remove the dressing, she gets a mirror and inspects the wound.  You know, she stands with her back to the large mirror and holds the other mirror so that she can see it.  She remembered how to do that, so that's another small accomplishment!  This wound has caused a lot of discussion about other scars she has and how she got them.  I think she finally remembers the story behind all of them.  Is that because she remembers from long term memory, or she has relearned from short term memory??  Who knows!!  But, she remembers.
