Day 144 - Sunday May 6, 2012

We didn't get everyone ready in time to get to church by 9:00 in Salt Lake, but we did make it to the brunch at the park.  Everyone was so happy to see Bridgett and she was happy and alert and able to visit with everyone.  It was windy and she was freezing, so she did spend much of the time in the car getting warm.  We was wearing a turtle neck shirt, plus a leather vest, plus a zip up fleece jacket, plus her wool pea coat, but still freezing.  Her internal thermostat is "broken" as she puts it!  Anyway, it was a lot of fun and good to see everyone before we take off to Montana.  All of Bridgett's aunts and uncles and cousins that live in Utah were there, plus grandma.  She loved seeing cute baby Abigail.  Of course, all of her uncles reminded her that they were her favorite uncle!  It was a fun time and I think everyone was very happy to see how well Bridgett is doing.  Every week she is stronger and better.  Afterwards Bridgett napped and then Jenn came over for dinner and visiting.  The boys and Tyler had to stay home, but we enjoyed our time with Jenn.  She also made cookies for Bridgett while she was over and Bridgett liked that!  We have a big day tomorrow and Tuesday and hope to be leaving sometime after that for Montana.
