Second year Day 238 - Thursday August 8, 2013

Well we had a good trip to Utah today.  We didn't have to stop too much and Mark did the driving.  That gave me a chance to rest, but I also realized how boring it is to ride in the car!!  Well, Steph has a little DVD player and she can watch movies when she wants to.  I don't really like to watch movies--I'd much rather read!  Anyway, we go to Provo safely and got there just in time to meet everyone at Jenn's for birthday cake for Connor.  He turned five today!  Earlier, before we arrived, Scott, Jaclyn, Weston, Arrianne and all of Jenn's family got together at Café Rio and had dinner.  Afterwards everyone headed to Jenn's for cake--which is when we arrived.  We had a great time there with everyone.  Finally we left for the hotel--exhausted from the day.  Arri went back to her apartment.  She has a full day of practice still tomorrow.  We are all excited to see her opera on Saturday!  Mark and Stephany are planning to take Westy and go to the Aquarium in Salt Lake tomorrow so that will be fun. Bridgett and I plan on getting some shopping done in the morning.
