Day 336 - Wednesday November 14, 2012

After checking with people we know and praying about it we've decided to go ahead with our New York trip.  We are all very excited to go because we've never been there before.  Matt (President Busick) took the time to call his sister in New York and ask about the situation for us (THANKS!) and assured us that things were OK in the area we are headed and that there is a lot to see just in the Times Square/Central Park area and so off we go!   Our flight is non-stop from SLC airport (cool!) and they will meet us with a wheelchair at the curb and take Bridgett right through.  She of course can walk just fine but will get tired quickly and with all the other commotion it's probably better in the long run.  We have a list of places to go in New York and hopefully Stephany and Bridgett will have the energy to make it through everything!  On Friday and Saturday Arrianne has a half day rehearsal so the girls can rest during that time.  Also on Sunday she will have a short rehearsal and then the performance (the Messiah at the Lincoln Center) at 2:00.  We fly back to SLC on Monday and Arrianne will hustle to try to make it to her last class of the day, Opera Workshop; they have a performance on the 7th of December so it's critical to not miss rehearsals.  We are all excited and just hustling to get everything packed and ready for the trip.
